COMMISSION AGREEMENT


This Commission Agreement is entered into on Date of ______________________________ , by and between
___Armanisem.ink___, within address of --- PO. Box # 363475 N. Las Vegas, NV 89036 ---- and ____________
____________________________________ with an address of _________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________(hereinafter referred to as the “Agent”)
(collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

Whereas, the Agent agrees not to pursue the selling of a competing product for any competitor during the term of this Agreement.

AGREEMENT
The Parties hereby agree that the Principal authorizes the Agent to sell

__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ on behalf of the Principal and the Agent agrees to indemnify
himself/herself as the authorized agent of the Principal for such sale.
Photograph contract commission : commission of 20% per contract when the contract is long term or
permanent.

Design and graphic services: commission of 12% per contract.
Special content: bonus plus commission of 15% per contract.
Commissioner will get 20% discount when they shop or use Armanisem.ink services. (Special contents are included but not limited to LOGOS, Trademarks, Forms, Registration mark and etc...)

All sale representative are responsible for their sales final price, there for the final price should not be
less than Armanisem.ink prices mentioned on the website or price list that provided to them from Armanisem.ink.

Commission will be calculated from the total amount before tax.
Commissioner sales Tax 0.8% will be calculated and deducted.
Each commission will be paid after payment were cleared.

Our usual service terms and conditions are as follows:
We charge 10% made profits on the purchased raw materials when we purchased for Clint/Costumer
material needs. If the material provided by client it will be at their own expense. However the cost of
shipping or delivery it’s separate and it will be calculated by size, weight and distance depending to
shipment method and related companies.

All photography prices were not included printing or framing cost.
Client is allowed to have their own consideration regarding printing and framing costs.
Depending of the type of the products our service always include installation but Not limited to
additional instalment equipment.
Contractor is allowed to use the website related links that it was provided to them only, and it shall be
only use for digital marketing and no personal use what so ever.
Since Giving or sending you the final contract of approved content should be ready for establishment
client must use it’s considered as their approval and it will be final. there is no return or refund for
costume made design.

This Agreement shall be effective on the date of signing this Agreement and will end one year from
the signing date. The term of this Agreement may be extended upon the provision of written consent from both Parties. This agreement will be stay valid within one year from signature date of validation.

Termination
This Agreement may be terminated if commissioner breaches this Agreement.
When the contracted agent maliciously abuse any material in the website provided.
When contracted agent publish any false statements regarding the foundation or instructions
At any time by providing written notice From Armanisem.ink seven days prior to termination.
Upon termination of this agreement, the agent will be required to return all the principal’s
products or equipment and/or any other content (if any) at his/her earliest convenience, but no
later than seven days.


CONFIDENTIALITY
All terms and conditions of this Agreement and any materials provided during the term of the
Agreement must be kept confidential, unless the disclosure is required pursuant to process of
law.

Disclosing or using this information for any purpose beyond the scope of this Agreement, or
beyond the exceptions set forth above, is expressly forbidden without the prior consent of the
Armanisem.ink
This section will remain in full force even after the termination of this Agreement for a period of
one year for each individual contract.
